Co-located with Future of Protein Production x Cultured Meat Symposium
CMSI has curated a focused, high-impact workshop centered on culture media ingredient safety which is a critical topic for advancing safe, scalable cultured meat and seafood production.
This workshop will convene key stakeholders to actively advance research and methods to evaluate the safety of culture media inputs and related topics.
We will address how to evaluate the safety of culture media inputs, including processes, contaminants, complex mixtures, microcarriers and quality assessments.
Over 97 individuals from 94 organizations and 18 countries attended the 6 CMSI Phase III sessions, showing significant interest in collaborating to advance safety research.
